3. Receive Quote: We will send you a detailed quote with all inclusions
4. Confirm Booking: Accept the quote and provide required documents
5. Make Payment: Pay the deposit (30%) to secure your booking
6. Booking Confirmation: Receive your booking confirmation and invoice
7. Travel Documents: Receive visa, flight tickets, and hotel vouchers before departure

2. Payment Terms

Deposit Requirements:

• Umrah Packages: 30% deposit to confirm booking, balance due 30 days before departure
• Hajj Packages: 50% deposit (non-refundable), balance due 60 days before departure
• Peak Season (Ramadan): 50% deposit required

We guarantee the price quoted at the time of booking confirmation. However:

• Fuel surcharges by airlines may apply
• Currency fluctuations may affect prices for non-USD bookings

7. Room Sharing Policy

• Single Room: Private room (additional cost)
• Double Room: Two adults sharing
• Triple Room: Three adults sharing
• Quad Room: Four adults sharing
• Children: Sharing existing beds (meal charges may apply)

8. Age Policy

• Infant (0-2 years): No bed, no extra charges (airline fees may apply)
• Child (2-12 years): Sharing bed with parents
• Adult (12+ years): Full package price

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Medical emergencies and hospitalization
• Flight cancellations and delays
• Lost baggage
• Emergency evacuation
• Cancellation for any reason (premium plans)

10. Complaints and Disputes

11. Peak Season Surcharges

• Ramadan: 20-30% surcharge on hotel rates
• Hajj Season: Special Hajj package rates apply
• December/January Holidays: 15-20% surcharge

12. Payment Processing Entity

Makkah Visits is a travel service brand operating under Luft Travel. All payments made for Umrah and Hajj packages are processed through Luft Travel's secure payment system. Invoices and receipts will be issued in the name of Luft Travel.
