1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using makkahvisits.com ("Website") and booking our Umrah or Hajj packages ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Makkah Visits provides travel arrangements for Umrah and Hajj packages, including:

• Hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah
• Transportation services
• Visa processing assistance
• Flight bookings (when included in package)
• Ziyarat tours

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a confirmation invoice.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• All prices are in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Umrah Packages

• Cancellation 60+ days before departure: 25% refund of total package cost
• Cancellation 30-59 days before departure: 15% refund of total package cost
• Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: No refund

4.2 Hajj Packages

• Hajj packages are non-refundable once booked due to government quota restrictions
• Name changes are subject to additional fees

5. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure:

• Passport is valid for at least 6 months from travel date
• All visa requirements are met
• Vaccination certificates (e.g., Meningitis, COVID-19) are up to date
• Travel insurance is obtained (recommended)

We assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee approval.

6. Changes and Amendments

6.1 By Customer

• Date changes subject to availability: $100 fee per person
• Hotel downgrades: No refund on difference
• Name corrections: $50 fee

6.2 By Makkah Visits

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, hotels, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you and offer comparable alternatives.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Makkah Visits acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies). We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
• Illness, injury, or death during travel
• Acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Medical emergencies and hospitalization
• Flight cancellations and delays
• Lost baggage and personal items
• Emergency evacuation

9. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Respect local laws, customs, and religious practices in Saudi Arabia
• Follow the guidelines of Saudi authorities for Umrah and Hajj
• Maintain appropriate dress code in holy sites
• Not engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior

Violation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Makkah Visits and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

12. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

13. Legal Entity & Payment Processing

Makkah Visits operates under Luft Travel, a registered travel agency. All payments, invoices, and financial transactions are processed through Luft Travel. Your booking confirmation and invoice will be issued under Luft Travel's name and credentials.

This arrangement ensures compliance with all applicable travel regulations and provides you with secure payment processing and professional service delivery.
